Equality and diversity
The Law Commission's equality and diversity statement sets out our commitment to respect and value all facets of diversity and strive to give our people equality of opportunity and equality of outcome. It outlines the steps we take to ensure that equality and diversity issues are taken fully into account in our work.
The 2010 Civil Service People Survey involved over 103 organisations across the Civil Service and was the largest staff engagement survey in the UK. It took place in October 2010. The Law Commission summary report sets out the Commission's results by them and includes results for the three key drivers of employee engagement: leadership, work and line management.
